This is the best way for me to store and share information on my house hunt.
I've decided to take the plunge and become a property owner. The $8K tax credit certainly has helped me to make that decision. As I tour properties, I will be taking pictures and notes and will post my thoughts here.
Technically, I have until the end of November to find the perfect place. In reality, I'd like to find something sooner rather than later.
